Denise DeMailo, OwnerI have been the co owner of The Cut Company since 1982.
I graduated From Ambridge High School, went to Pittsburgh Barber School, completed the year of required apprenticeship. I went on to get my cosmetologist license from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy so I would have a dual license and I continue to attend hair seminars to stay current with styles. I embrace the everyday challenges of every day business life and amazingly have fun doing it. Meeting my business partner and best friend in Barber School has been a rewarding experience. |
Debbie Klesser, OwnerI'm a Hopewell graduate and attended Barber School on the North Side of Pittsburgh. My aunt was already a barber and one day I attended a seminar with her and I became interested in barbering.
After a year of apprenticing and getting my Barber License I attended Beauty School, to have a dual license. I worked for several shops always dreaming of opening my own shop. I met my work partner and friend in barber school and we opened The Cut Company, in 1982 and have not looked back. Someone once said to me at the start of my career “If you feel it in your gut that something is right, it usually is." I’ve followed that advice through my life and career and I feel blessed. |
Becky Rhawn, StylistI first started at The Cut Company as a customer in my youth. I attended Beaver Falls Beauty Academy and came back to The Cut Company as an employee shortly after graduating.
I specialize in color, highlights and cuts, as well as doing special occasion hair. I also offer other services like manicures, pedicures, and waxing. |
